Q: Help! I'm too busy to refill!

A: Let us help you! We are happy to help you set up easy delivery to find the best system to work you. Just shoot us an email.

Q: Do you make all this?

A: We make nothing in house. We source from various companies that make bulk products with clean and ethically sourced ingredients. Most of our bulk products are also closed loop, meaning the containers are shipped back to the company for sanitizing and reuse!

 

Q: I don't live locally, but I want to refill!

A: That's awesome! Check our the refill directory to see if there are store near you https://directory.refillerycollective.com/united-states. Don't see anything that works? We are happy to ship! If you can't find what you are looking for online, just email us and we'll figure it out. It's easy!

 

Q: Do you offer food?

A: We don't offer food in the shop, but we do partner with another company, Supply Bulk Foods. They deliver to us every 3rd Thursday of each month. How does it work? You order from them by noon the Tuesday before hand and then pick up in store Thursday (or Friday...or Saturday!).

 

Q: Do you ship?

A: Sure do! We ship all over the United States. We charge a $8.50 flat fee for shipping and all orders over $75 are free. We ship via USPS or UPS. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. 

 

Q: Do you donate to local nonprofits, or provide raffle baskets?

A: We love our community, and wish we could say yes to everything, but unfortunately the asks outweigh our abilities as a small business. As a business we support organizations that align with our values and mission: land preservation, sustainability initiatives, and education. Once a quarter we do this by having a 10% day meaning 10% of our sales will go to a particular organization. We prioritize local nonprofits and hope that these initiatives also bring awareness to their cause. Past partnerships have included the North South Rivers Watershed Association (NSRWA) and Wildlands Trust. Feel free to email us or reach out with inquires.

 

Returns and Exchanges

All sale items, personal care items, and bulk items are final. Other items can be returned within 14 days for store credit.

Damaged/defective items will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

 

 

Pro Tips:

  • Wanting to make some changes? Start with one room at a time (ex: bathroom, laundry, kitchen, etc).
  • Refilling? If it fits in your budget, we recommend getting extra! for example, fill up your soap container, but grab an extra half gallon so you can can fill it back up and minimize your trips to the store.
